The Kyiv-based oriental metal band Ignea presented a studio live video for the song "Alexandria" from its latest album "The Sign of Faith". According to the group, they used 6 GoPro cameras for filming.
"The song choice for the live video was obvious," says Helle, the band’s frontwoman. "Of all the tracks from the album, "Alexandria" is the most vivid and energetic. And, what’s the most important, it is one of the favourite songs of our fans."
According to the band, "Alexandria" is a song about love to the beauty and wisdom to the ancient city, bordering the power over it that is able to destroy it at any moment. "Alexandria" is the third video of Ignea, after "Seytanu Akbar" lyric video and "Alga", which has gained over 1.5 million views on YouTube so far.
Currently, Ignea are on The Tour of Faith in support of their new album. The group has already played several concerts in Ukrainian cities, is about to open summer festival season and is planning an EU tour.
