Enslaved and Wardruna musicians present video of joint project

Enslaved’s guitarist Ivar Bjørnson and Wardruna’s leader Einar 'Kvitrafn' Selvik presented the first video for the same-named song of their joint project Skuggsjá. Directed by the Canadian David Hall. According to the description, the video emphasizes the track's (and the album's) dualistic, reflecting (in both a literal and a metaphorical sense) character.

Einar Selvik comments: "The song "Skuggsjá" or "The Mirror" summons the listener to reflect. To ask, look and listen through the eyes and ears of past and present, as individuals first then as people. It´s about how we often timber our collective history on grounds shaped by religious or political agenda rather than reality and how that affects the solidness of its structure."

"Skuggsjá" appears on the eponymous debut album, which is set to release on March 11, 2016 via Season of Mist.
