Oomph is one of the few European rock bands that, during its long career, has managed not only to gain a foothold in the status of a cult band with each album, but also not to slip into "metal" cliches. The trio from Wolfsburg celebrates its 30th anniversary this year. And on this occasion, the group carries to Ukraine its unique show with a symphony orchestra.
The concert program will consist of the main songs that Oomph! have recorded during their rich career. The uniqueness of the show is that the songs will get new arrangements, performed by a symphony orchestra. Yes, everything will be on the stage this evening: the strings, the wind instruments, and even the huge timpani.
The band has a special relationship with Ukraine. Here they are far from the first time, but for the first time — in this format. Due to this, the trio recorded a special video greetings for Ukrainian fans (watch it above). And by the way, Oomph! has recently released its new studio album, "Ritual", via Napalm Records.
