Darkwave band On The Wane presents debut video "Sultry Song"
The Kyiv-based darkwave, neo-gothic act On The Wane has released its debut video for a new song "Sultry Song" taken from the upcoming LP "Schism".
In early 2017, the band has recorded 10 tracks, that would become the full-length album "Schism", at the studio of the Kyiv-based band Sinoptik (the winners of the worldwide music competition Global Battle of the Bands 2016) and under the direction of the sound engineer Dima Sinoptik. The album will be released on November 20 on all streaming platforms and on CD.
Interview with Sinoptik: "We want to be appreciated for our music, not merits"

The band was formed in early 2014, influenced by 1980s alternative rock icons such as Sonic Youth, The Cure, Joy Division, Pixies and Bauhaus, as well as shoegaze giants My Bloody Valentine, Slowdive, Cocteau Twins, and Ringo Deathstarr.
