Oracles "Dawn of the Sycophant": New single from Aborted’s musicians side project

The side-project of Aborted’s members, Oracles, released a new single "Dawn of the Sycophant". The band comments:

"Cult followers and Oraclytes,

Today marks the day we can share our new single with you 'Dawn of the Sycophant'. Something we worked on very hard for the past months. The song is an epic rollercoaster for us and speaks about the many issues our current society is dealing with in this modern age. We tracked the song over 3 studios, Hearse Studio in Belgium, Double Impact Productions in Holland and finally Kohlekeller Studio in Germany where vocals were tracked and everything got mixed and mastered by the mighty Kohle [Kristian 'Kohle' Kohlmannslehner — Noizr].

We hope you enjoy listening to it as much as we did writing and recording it."

Oracles was founded in 2014 by Aborted’s three musicians, the vocalist Sven de Caluwé, drummer Ken Bedene, and guitarist Mendel bij de Leij. The band also features the bassist Andrei Aframov (ex-System Divide, ex-Phantom Pain), guitarist Steve Miller (Loculus, ex-System Divide), and vocalist Sanna Salou (ex-System Divide, ex-Dimlight, ex-Emerald Sun bands). Oracles’ debut album "Miserycorde" was released in 2016 via Deadlight Entertainment.
