Asphyx present music video "Forerunners Of The Apocalypse"

In anticipation of the new album "Incoming Death" release, the Dutch death/doom metallers Asphyx shared a video for the song "Forerunners Of The Apocalypse".

The band’s leader Martin van Drunen comments in the interview with Noizr Zine:

"I think, the last song that we wrote really fast because he [the guitarist Paul Baayens] came up with this riff, and we said, "This is a brilliant, use it". It was the riff for "Forerunners of the Apocalypse" and that kind of tempo that the song has it just remind me of the scamper of thousand of horses and it may be think of the Mongols and Attila the Hun."

"Incoming Death" comes out on September 30 via Century Media Records. In support of the "Incoming Death", the musicians will give two special concerts on October 6 in Essen, Germany and on October 7 in Arnhem, Netherlands. The band’s all tour dates for the nearest future can be found here.
