​Metal East: Nove Kolo festival shares trailer of upcoming event

Organizers of Metal East: Nove Kolo, which will be held in Kharkiv, Ukraine, from May 31 to June 2, shared the trailer of the upcoming festival.

The three-day event will feature the performances of more than 20 metal bands from Europe and Ukraine. In particular, the upcoming festival will feature the show of Hate Forest, the band which was founded by Drudkh’s members, which after its split in 2004 will reunite for the only live performance at the Metal East: Nove Kolo. Metal East: Novo Kolo will also feature various performances, master classes, lectures and exhibitions from numerous artists, folk musicians, historians, craftsmen etc. which will be held as a part of "Art. History. Tradition" event, including:

  • historical lectures on the history of Kharkiv
  • exhibitions of Kharkiv artists, sculptors, potters and glass blowers
  • exhibition of folk musical instruments, a master class on production and playing technique
  • exhibition of works of the Kharkiv State Academy of Design and Arts
  • master class and lecture about Kharkiv Vyshyvanka (Sloboda Ukraine)
  • exhibition of printed graphics
  • performance of tribal dancers ...and more.

An additional feature will be a promotional Tattoo Convention area.

Metal East: Nove Kolo will take place from May 31 to June 2, 2019 at the Art Factory Mekhanika in Kharkiv, Ukraine.
