Kampfar unveil video "Ophidian" for upcoming album song
Norwegian black metallers Kampfar presented a new video "Ophidian", produced by Grupa13 (Behemoth, Eluveitie, Belphegor, Powerwolf). The song will appear on the band’s upcoming album "Ofidians manifest", the release of which will be timed to the 25th anniversary of Kampfar.
"Ofidians manifest" will come out on May 3, 2019 via Indie Recordings. The band’s currently latest record, "Profan", was released in 2015.
According to Kampfar’s post on Facebook, the band took a 2-year hiatus due to "health issues" that could lead to the band’s split. As a result, "2 years of darkness is over" and now the band returns with a new album, with which the musicians will celebrate Kampfar’s 25th anniversary.
