Harakiri for the sky releases new song "Voidgazer"
The Austrian post-black metal duet Harakiri for the sky unveiled a new song "Voidgazer" which, along with the previously released "Heroin Waltz", "Tomb Omnia", and "You Are The Scars", will appear on the band’s upcoming 4th album "Arson".
The vocalist J.J. comments:
"Voidgazer", like the title already suggests, is something like a retrospective and a conclusion of my life so far and certainly also something like a summary and explanation of the previous songs on the album. That’s why it is the last song of "Arson", it draws and clarifies the battle lines."
The release of "Arson", featuring Kerim 'Krimh' Lechner (Septicflesh, Behemoth, Vesania) on drums, will be held on February 16 via AOP Records with distribution from Plastichead Distribution (Europe/North America/World) and Edel (Germany/Austria/Switzerland). Noizr Zine's review on "Arson", in which we explain why the album will meet the expectations of the band’s fans, can be read here.
Harakiri for the sky's is currently on tour in Europe in support of "Arson". The band will perform one exclusive album release show on February 10, 2018 at Szene in their hometown, Vienna, Austria. Opening the show will be fellow Austrian atmospheric black metal act Ellende.
